Chadwick Washington is a long-standing member of the Community Associations Institute and has memberships in the Washington Metropolitan and Central Virginia Chapters of CAI. CAI is an educational trade group which forwards the interests of community associations and educates its members regarding the appropriate operation of their communities.

The firm is an Benefactor-level contributor for the Washington Metro Chapter and an annual sponsor of the Central Virginia Chapter. Chadwick Washington's lawyers have served as leaders of both local CAI Chapters as well as the normal CAI organization. In addition, our attorneys regularly teach educational programs and seminars both locally and nationally for CAI.
