Chadwick Washington was formed in 1990 with three lawyers and a small staff. The firm has grown enormously since then. By 2006, the firm had sixteen attorneys and ten paralegals, along with an efficient administrative staff. The firm has been based in Fairfax, Virginia since 1993 and opened a Richmond office in 1998. While based in Northern Virginia and Richmond, the firm serves an excellent clientele in Washington, DC and throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, including Williamsburg, Tidewater, Charlottesville and the Roanoke areas. In essence, the firm has grown along with the increasing number of community associations in the areas we serve, and Chadwick Washington now stands as one of the largest community association practice groups in the United States.
