Chadwick Washington focuses its practice on community association law and represents all forms, including condominium associations, homeowners associations, residential and commercial master associations and housing cooperatives. Associations are unique legal entities which face an incredibly broad variety of legal issues as they carry out their business. As such, we seek to provide wise and creative counsel with a view toward the Board's ultimate goal of running an effective community which properly and legally serves its members. With the variety of problems which can face any association, this goal is not always achieved easily; however, we counsel our clients regarding their options and potential consequences as they grapple with these sometimes difficult business judgments.
