Sam Rosen joined Chadwick Washington's Glen Allen office in December 2025. As an associate attorney, his practice involves various aspects of community association law.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a civil litigation defense firm in Richmond. He received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2024. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor on the Journal of Law and Technology and as Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. He graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in public policy in 2020.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling, trivia, watching sports, and spending time with his dog, Ginger.
