Seminars on Community Association Law and Governance

Educational Sessions.  In an effort to share the latest and most timely information regarding developments in community association law, the Firm holds its Legal Seminar Series at various locations in Virginia and D.C. throughout the year.  Seminars generally include updates on legislation and case law, as well as other ongoing topics such as covenants enforcement, fair housing, association governance, collections and community association practices.

Virginia CICB Training.  The Firm is certified by the Virginia Common Interest Community Board to teach 4 hours of community manager license renewal training, which is open to Virginia managers and covers Common Interest Community Law (2 hrs) and Fair Housing (2 hrs).  We schedule CICB sessions throughout the year.  If a management company is interested in scheduling a session for its managers, contact Michele Green, mgreen@chadwickwashington.com.  CICB Training sessions are scheduled throughout the year.

The next  CICB class for Virginia managers will likely be set for August or September.  Keep an eye on this space for details, and please email Michele Green at [email protected] if you are interested in attending a class in the next few months.
