Biography
Bradley M. Barna is an associate attorney in the firm’s Fairfax office, having joined the firm in January 2016. A northern Virginia native, his practice is devoted to representing area community associations in such matters as corporate governance, contract law, and covenant interpretation and drafting. Brad also provides litigation services to the firm’s clients, including representing community associations in assessment collection and covenant enforcement cases, as well as general defense. Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked as a paralegal at a small litigation firm and later, during law school, as a law clerk at the in-house litigation department of a title insurance group.
