Educational Sessions. In an effort to share the latest and most timely information regarding developments in community association law, the Firm holds its Legal Seminar Series at various locations in Virginia and D.C. throughout the year. Seminars generally include updates on legislation and case law, as well as other ongoing topics such as covenants enforcement, fair housing, association governance, collections and community association practices.
Virginia CICB Training – Webinar Session set for April 22, 2020
The Firm is certified by the Virginia Common Interest Community Board to teach 4 hours of community manager license renewal training, which is open to Virginia managers and covers Common Interest Community Law (2 hrs) and Fair Housing (2 hrs). We schedule CICB sessions throughout the year. If a management company is interested in scheduling a session for its managers, contact Michele Green, mgreen@chadwickwashington.com.

2020 Legal Seminar Series – Spring Sessions postponed
While the firm had scheduled its 2020 Seminars, those live sessions have been postponed until the Fall of 2020 due the COVID19 pandemic.
The firm will be scheduling a series of Webinars to provide education regarding Virginia legislative changes, COVID19 issues and other timely topics. That schedule will be released shortly.
